Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Wilber-Clatonia High School Re-Roof and Exterior Renovation Project located at 900 South Franklin, Wilber, NE 68456 before 2:00pm local daylight savings time on 10 May, 2016. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Wilber, Nebraska

Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The projects consist of approximately 40,000 sf re-roof of the existing high school building and replacement of the exterior metal wall wall panels with EIFS.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, Phone (402) 474-5454.

A Refundable Deposit of $75.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply.)

CD's of the project in pdf format are also available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
