PreBid Info:   Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference at Montclair Elementary School, 2405 S 138th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68144 on Monday, April 25th at 4:15 p.m. Meet at the main entrance of the building. No additional access to site will be allowed if pre-bid meeting is not attended.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids addressed as follows: Ed Rockwell, Project Manager, Millard Public Schools, Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), Conference Room A, 5606 S. 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137 for the above mentioned project until 10:00 AM CST on May 5, 2016.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: The existing main switchboard and second floor switchboard at Montclair Elementary are original to the building and have experienced and equipment failure. The District desires to replace the switchboards to eliminate possibility of future issues.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
