3134 W Hwy 34, Grand Island, Nebraska, at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the received
bids will be publicly opened and considered for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment

The work consists of mechanical and electrical construction work which includes but is not
limited to the following: Replacement of existing boilers with new boilers located in the basement, Replacement of boiler feed water system and accessories, and Installation of new mechanical and electrical system modifications to support new
mechanical equipment.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Farris Engineering. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening, in good condition, to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
