local time, April 28, 2016, at the office of BCDM Architects, 1015 North 98th Street, Suite 300,
Omaha, Nebraska 68114-2334. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be privately opened.

The Project will consist of a Two-story addition to include approximately 5,400 square feet of new
construction. The Project will also include various renovations to the existing building.

mineral fiber-cement siding and trim, flashing and sheet metal, wood doors, aluminum clad wood
windows, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware, glazing, gypsum wallboard, tile, suspended
acoustical ceiling, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, exterior wall louvers, fire cabinets and
extinguishers, toilet accessories, HVAC, plumbing, automatic fire protection system, lighting,
power, and fire and smoke detection.

Job Purchase Information:

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, a deposit of $50.00, check only, (made payable to Joy of Life Ministries) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $30.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening to the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co. Such deposit will be forfeited if plans held by unsuccessful bidders are not received within this stipulated time period.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
