Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Westside Middle School - Addition and Remodel - Foundation/Structural Package located at 8601 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68127, before 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, April 21, 2016.
Bids shall be submitted to the office of Lueder Construction at 9999 J Street, Omaha, NE 68127, Attn: Brian Cieslik. Bids can be emailed to bcieslik@lueder.com, or they may be faxed to Lueder Construction at 402-592-4769.

Public Notes:
This Bid Package consists of Foundation and Structural elements for the 2-story addition located to the southeast of the existing school building.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Bahr, Vermeer and Haecker Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
No partial sets or downloads will be available.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
