Bid Info:   The Owner invites bids for fire alarm upgrades at Gardner Hall, Connell Hall and the Energy Plant at Wayne State College. The Owner will receive bids until 2 P.M. Central Standard Time, on April 26, 2016, in the office of: Angie Fredrickson, Vice President for Administration and Finance, Wayne State College, 201 Hahn Administration Building, 1111 Main Street, Wayne, NE 68787. Bids will be opened privately.

Project Identification: Project consists of fire alarm upgrades to three buildings and the central fire alarm system. The work includes removing existing fire alarm systems and replacing with new systems, devices, wiring, etc.
Project Location: Energy Plant, Connell Hall and Gardner Hall at Wayne State College.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Farris Engineering. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 days of the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
