Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project involves replacement of the existing temperature controls system in the building with a new DDC Building Management Control System, Upgrading the existing heating terminal unit piping, water and air balancing. There are also 5 Bid Alternate Upgrades that may also be included in the project's scope of work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, upon depositing the sum of fifty ($50.00) dollars, for the set of Bidding Documents.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 in good condition within thirty (30) days after the bid date.

If the documents are not returned within thirty (30) days, the deposit check may be cashed.

The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for fifteen ($15.00) dollars, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. for mailing charges.

CD's and Download's containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
