Sealed bids to be addressed to Buster Brown, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center,
Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked “BID ON: City of Omaha Seymour Isaacson Ballfield Renovation”,
must be in his office on or before 11:00 A.M. on May 11, 2016, at which time the bids will be opened and read
by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

This project shall renovate the Isaacson Legion Field at Seymour Smith Park. The contractor shall provide a complete bid to include the renovation of the entire ballfield as well as move the practice mounds and plates to the outside of the field. There is no fencing included within this project. The irrigation shall be a complete new system including the controller, wiring, piping, and heads. The infield shall receive new sod.
