PreBid Info:   Tuesday April 12 at 2:00 p.m.is the official pre-bid meeting. Rick Fauss will be available for walkthroughs from 11:00 on April 12 until 2:00 when the pre-bid meeting is scheduled to begin.
Rich will also be on site Friday, April 15 from 11:00 until 3:00 to conduct walkthroughs.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Palace Hotel Renovation located at 400-412 Main Street, Pender, NE 68047 before 4:00 pm local standard time on Thursday, April 21, 2016. Bids shall be submitted by fax or e-mail to the Contractor at the following address: Fauss Construction, 1059 Co. Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to: The historic renovation of the Palace Hotel located at 400-412 Main Street, Pender, NE 68047, which includes but is not limited to the following: the replacement of the wood windows, removal of non-historic mosaic tiles and reconstruction of infilled wood storefronts back to their original recessed and historic appearance. The rear additions will be removed to accommodate a new parking lot and outdoor green space for tenants. New elevator and skylights and interior renovation to match existing historic elements. The renovation will provide 16 apartment suites, one of which will be fully accessible and comply with ADA standards.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable check in the amount of $100.00 payable to Fauss Construction. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are to be returned in usable condition within 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
