Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted by mail to Kathy Carroll, Vice President of Administration and Finance, 600 Hoyt Street, Peru, NE 68421; or submitted in person at Peru State College Administration Building, Suite 311, 600 Hoyt, Peru, NE at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Peru, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project Consists of the alteration of the existing TJ Majors restrooms on first floor (men's and women's) and second floor (combining 2 restrooms to 1 larger restroom for women) and a new men's restroom. The remodel includes new plumbing fixtures and partitions, toilet accessories, wall and floor finishes, and some minor electrical and HVAC work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, upon depositing the sum of twenty five ($25.00) dollars, for the set of Bidding Documents.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.

If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check may be cashed.

The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for fifteen ($15.00) dollars, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. for mailing charges.

CD's and Download's containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
