Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Contract documents, including construction drawings, are placed in the Office of the City Clerk for examination.
Copies for bidding may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, or at www.adtechsupply.com (ONE SET PER PLAN HOLDER). There is no deposit on this project.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Shipping checks are to mailed to A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Ne 68127.
Planholders shall return contract documents in a reusable condition to A&D Technical Supply Company Inc., within 14 calendar days from the City Council award of the project.
