Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as the St. Mark's United Methodist
Church Columbarium located at 8550 Pioneers Boulevard, Lincoln, NE before 2:00 pm local
daylight savings time on 19 April, 2016. At that time, Bids will be privately opened.
Bids shall be submitted to the Contractor at the following address; St. Mark's United Methodist
Church, 8550 Pioneers Boulevard, Lincoln, NE.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of a new columbarium located at 8550 Pioneers Blvd. in
Lincoln, Nebraska. The columbarium is an open-air structure approximately 1,800 gross square
feet in size, and will be used for the internment of cremated ashes and general visitation. The
project involves site development and grading, new site utilities and lighting, concrete footings
and foundation walls, a steel frame structure, and a wood cladding system. The project will
require coordination with Eickhof Columbaria, a supplier of columbarium niches who is under
separate contract with the owner.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, (402) 474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
No partial sets or downloads will be available..
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15
business days after Bid Opening to the office of A & D Technical Supply. After 15 days, the
deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to the Architect's office.
