Sealed bids will be received for the Remodel of Grand Island Public Schools, Senior High 100 Wing,
2124 N. Lafayette Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in the Board Room of the Michael S.
Kneale Administration Building, 123 S. Webb Road, Grand Island, Nebraska. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.

The Work consists of the following: The Work includes construction of alterations of existing facilities for Grand Island
Public Schools. The Work shall be conducted in three phases in the following order: Phase I: This phase is to include the remodel of the existing space for athletic storage,
maintenance, special education classrooms and general classrooms. This phase also
includes the re-roof of a portion of the 100 Wing and Alternate No. 1, if accepted; Phase II: This phase is to include the remodel of the existing space for Career Pathways
Institute Classrooms and vocational shops; Phase III: This phase is to include the remodel of existing space for general classrooms.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
If Bid Documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. deposit will be forfeited.
