PreBid Info:   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 4:00 PM at Sunny Slope Elementary School, 10828 Old Maple Road, Omaha, NE 68164, for the purpose of answering questions and walking the site. It is MANDATORY that bidders are required to be present.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Omaha Public Schools Sunny Slope Elementary School 10828 Old Maple Road, Omaha, NE 68164, will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2016. The time clock maintained by District Operational Services, shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the renovation of the existing Sunny Slope Elementary School, 10 classroom addition and associated sitework. The following is a general description of the Work: MEP and systems upgrades in the existing facility, Removal of Open Plan concept in existing facility, New finishes as defined in the contract documents, New addition of 10 classrooms, Relocation of the play areas as indicated.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. A current Builder's Card will also be accepted on this project.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within 30 days of the bid date.
