PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed Metro Crossing Shopping Center Retail Building is located at an outlot site east of the Dick's Sporting Goods Space in Council Bluffs, Iowa. It will include 10,000 sf of shell space. The construction will be post and beam with metal stud infill. The exterior will consist of brick veneer, cmu veneer and EIFS.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $75.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects.

Builders Cards are not accepted for this project.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Co. at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, NE, 68127).

CD's of the project in pdf format are also available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. No partial sets or downloads will be available.
