There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 4:30pm at
Crestridge Elementary School 818 Crestridge Road, Omaha, NE for the purpose of
answering questions and walking the site. It is MANDATORY that Prime Bidders are
required to be present at this Pre-Bid Conference. In addition, the building will also
be made available to any bidders on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 for optional
independent field investigations.

Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public
Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Omaha Public Schools
Crestridge Elementary School Renovation and Addition, OPS Bid
Number (16-037) in Omaha, Nebraska will be received in the
office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming
Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024 until 2:00 p.m. April 5, 2016. The
time clock maintained by District Operational Services, shall be the official
clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will
be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for
consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing
time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District
Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time
for close of bidding.

THE WORK: This project shall be known as: OPS Crestridge Elementary School Renovation
and Addition, located at 818 Crestridge Road, Omaha, Nebraska. The Project consists of work related to the renovation of and additions to the existing
Crestridge Elementary School Building including site work. The footprint of the existing
building is approximately 44,000 square feet. The proposed addition is approximately
4,000 square feet. Work Under This Contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable
equipment, transportation and utility services and all incidental items necessary
to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the Work required for the
Combined Construction including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for
the Crestridge Elementary School Renovation and Addition.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
A Plan Deposit Card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, will also be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening.
