PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Wilson Middle School, 715 N 21st Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501, on March 16, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. CST. Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is advised. Additional site observations shall be coordinated and scheduled with the school.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received for the Wilson Middle School – Intercom, Clock & Fire Alarm Replacement Project by the Council Bluffs Community School District at the office of the Director of Facilities, 801 S. 16th Street Council Bluffs, IA 51501. Bids are due on or before April 6, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. CST for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project, Bid #16-011. At the above stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the bids received at the office of the Director of Facilities, 801 S. 16th Street Council Bluffs, IA 51501.

The Work includes: The replacement of the existing intercom system. The replacement of the existing clock system. The replacement of the existing fire alarm system.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
