Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer to Owner for construction of a facility located at: Wynot Public School, 709 St. James Avenue, Wynot, Nebraska 68792, before 2:00 pm local standard time on 22 March, 2016, for additions and renovations to Wynot Public School. Bids shall be submitted to the Owner at the following address 709 St. James Avenue, Wynot, NE 68792. A bid is invalid if it has not been deposited at the location noted above prior to the time and date for receipt of bids indicated in this Advertisement for Bids, or prior to any extension thereof issued to the bidders.

Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of generally a 10,800 SF addition to the existing Wynot PS facility. This addition adds new restroom and locker room facilities, several new classrooms, a learning center, and a weights / fitness room. The addition contains a clerestory light monitor providing daylight to interior classrooms and corridor. A wood rainscreen wraps the facade of the addition creating a unique articulation of the facade and accentuating the “new front door” of the school. Renovation of the existing commons will create a larger social space adjacent to the addition, existing gymnasium, and cafeteria. Minor life-safety renovations throughout the existing structure are included in the project scope.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, Phone (402) 474-5454.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Wynot Public Schools.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply.

CD's of the project in pdf format are also available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
