Bid Info:   Bids will be accepted before Thursday, March 31, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. local time. Bid Receiving Place: Papillion-La Vista Community Schools, Administrative Offices, 420 South Washington Street, Papillion-La Vista, Nebraska, Attn: Doug Lewis. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. The successful Contractor(s) will be notified.

Public Notes:
Papillion-La Vista Community Schools will accept bids for Rumsey Station Elementary School Air Handler Replacement at Rumsey Station Elementary, 110 Eagle Ridge Drive, Papillion, Nebraska. The general nature of the project is removal and replacement of an existing air handler located in a penthouse, in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Alvine Engineering.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com. upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Alvine Engineering.

An Omaha Builder’s Card is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.


The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned within 30 days of award of contract.
