401 Building, LLC will receive bids for a combined contract, including General Construction, Mechanical
and Electrical Work for the Telegraph District 401 Building Renovation located at 401 S. 21st Street,
Lincoln, Nebraska 68510. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), on Thursday, March 24, 2016,
by DLR Group, inc. at DLR Group, 1111 Lincoln Mall, Suite 201, Lincoln, NE 68508. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be privately opened.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE, (402)474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to DLR Group, Inc.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
