Sealed bids to Wayne State College will be received prior to the bid opening at the office of Chad Altwine, Director of Facility Services, Room 103 at Facility Services Building, Wayne State College, 1111 Main Street, Wayne, Ne. 68787. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to the office. All bids shall be made of the printed Proposal forms included in the Project Manual. The bids will be privately opened at 2:00 p.m. (central time), on March 14, 2016. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

The work consists of all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, including but not limited to the following Cadaver Storage. The components of the project shall include the following items, as well as other trades as documented in the contract documents. Selective demolition, metal stud non-load bearing walls, gypsum drywall, painting, epoxy flooring and base, overhead coiling doors and other miscellaneous construction.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 (checks only) per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 10 calendar days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
CD's and Downloads in PDF format of Complete Set are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
