Project Description: Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of existing roof mounted HVAC equipment, minor ductwork kitchen hood, and exhaust
fans; Installation of an air-cooled VRF system to be utilized above ceiling mounted fan coil and ducted
fan coils to serve spaces; Installation of a new kitchen hood and make-up air system; Replacement of several exhaust fans; Installation of dedicated outdoor air systems for ventilation; Installation of rooftop units for the gym, cafeteria, lockers, kitchen, and weight room; Installation of a makeup air unit for the kitchen; Interior improvements including new walls, doors, paint, ceilings; Smoke sealing of new and existing walls and penetration in walls; Roof repairs to existing EPDM roof following removal of existing equipment; New roof curbs and membrane work following installation of new rooftop equipment; New electrical service entrance and panels to accommodate HVAC system.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com. upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Hartington-Newcastle Public Schools.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

before sending them in the mail.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned within fourteen (14) days of the bid determination.
