Bids will be received from General Contractors up until 2:00 PM local time on
March 15th 2016. Bids and all associated forms shall be hand delivered to the Owner
prior to the appointed date and time. The Owner will receive bids in the Armory
Building on the Mount Michael Campus.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the
following: Construction of a new approximately 45,700 square foot, two story educational
building on the campus of Mount Michael High School. The structure will consist
of concrete foundations, slab-on-grade with a steel frame structural system.
Exterior materials will consist primarily of face brick and architectural pre-cast on
a steel stud wall back-up. The project also includes aluminum storefront and
curtainwall, EPDM roofing, interior finishes, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC,
electrical and sitework including site utilities.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, a deposit of $300.00, check only, (made payable to Mount Michael) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $30.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening to the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co. Such deposit will be forfeited if plans held by unsuccessful bidders are not received within this stipulated time period.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
