Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for
the project known as Lindahl Drive Improvements-Phases 2.2, 2.3 and 3.0 located at Wayne State
College, Wayne, NE up to the hour of 1:00 pm local time on 3 March, 2016. Bids shall be
submitted to the office of Angela Fredrickson, Vice President for Administration and Finance,
Hahn Administration Building, Rm 201, 1111 Main St., Wayne, NE 68787. At that hour, or as soon
as possible thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this
time will not be accepted.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project completes the last three phases of construction for the
reconstruction of Lindahl Drive. The project includes the removal and construction of Lindahl Drive
from Anderson Drive west to Highway 15, the removal and construction of new paving and a
pedestrian intersection on Anderson Drive south of Peterson Fine Arts, along with new monument
signs at the Highway 15 campus entrance, new sidewalks, pedestrian improvements, associated
landscaping and lighting enhancements in all areas of construction.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE, 68508, (402) 474-5454, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned with the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
