Sealed bids for Combined Contract, for Clarinda High School Vestibule Addition and Hood
Replacement, will be received at the office of the Superintendent of the Clarinda Community
School District, 423 East Nodaway, P.O. Box 59, Clarinda, Iowa 51632, until 2:00 p.m. local
time, March 4, 2016. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud.

This Combined Contract includes approximately 1,050 square feet of addition and the replacement of a hood in the Kitchen and the associated new roof top unit.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to BCDM Architects. *A Builder's Card will not be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
