PreBid Info:   There will be a Strongly encouraged Pre-Bid Conference / Project Walk Through on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Arlington Public School. A walk though before Bid time is Mandatory to be able to bid, walk through times other than the scheduled time must be coordinated with the owner and Engineer.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Arlington Public Schools, Nebraska, for the Arlington Public Schools HVAC Upgrade, AES project # 15078, for the Arlington Public Schools will be received in the office of Arlington Public School, 705 N 9th Street, Arlington NE until 2:00 PM, CST, Thursday, March 3, 2016. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by APS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

Project Location: Arlington, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work under this specification shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide a completed project as outlined in the bid/proposal documents. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to protect existing construction. In addition, removal of debris and repair of any damage due to work under this contract is considered within the scope of work and is the responsibility of the Contractor.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Advanced Engineering Systems.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within 30 days of the bid opening.
