Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed lump bids until 2:00 PM local time on February 18, 2016 at Doane College Martin Building, Attn: Brian Flesner, Crete, Nebraska, 68333. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened privately.

Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of the renovation of two rooms in the existing Doane College Lied Science and Mathematics Building. The work consists of all construction indicated on the drawings and in the specifications.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, (402)474-5454 Fax (402) 474-5779 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to The Clark Enersen Partners.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned complete and in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be subject to forfeiture.
