PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid Conference will be held for this project on Monday, February 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet in the lobby of Millard North High School, south entrance. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Bids for the Floor Slab Settlement Repair Contract at Millard North High School will be received until 2:30 p.m. local time, February 25, 2016, at Millard Public Schools, Donald Stroh Administration Center Conference Room A, located at 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project includes associated flooring demolition, salvage and reinstallation of lockers on new locker base, foam jacking existing slab as required to provide a level floor. Miscellaneous slab removal may be required if determined during leveling. Floor shall be prepared for new flooring and base. Mechanical and electrical work is not expected within this contract.
