This project consists of the addition to and minor remodel of Lord of Life Lutheran Church located at 20844 Bonanza Boulevard, in Elkhorn. The scope of work will include a new building addition of 8,940 square feet on two levels. The new construction will contain administrative offices and meeting rooms on the main level, and child care classrooms at the lower levels. Additional program will include new restrooms, an elevator, mechanical, and entry stair and lobby space which will also function as a connector to the existing building. The scope of work will include the remodel of the existing interior, only as required to accommodate the new construction, material connections, or code clearances. The project includes all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing required to complete the project.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Lueder Construction. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
