PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project is described as an approximately 63,000 sq ft renovation of an existing school.
Construction to be completed in 3 phases. Work includes but is not limited to the following:
CIP Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Steel, Carpentry, Interior Woodwork,
Insulation, Weather Barriers, Mineral Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Panels, TPO Roofing &
Sheet metal, Fire stopping, Joint Sealants, Expansion Joint Covers, HM Doors & Frames,
Wood Doors, OH Coiling Doors, Aluminum Entrances & Storefronts, Glazing, Metal Framing &
Drywall, ACT, Ceramic Tile, VCT Flooring, Carpet, Wall Coverings, Painting, Visual Display
Units, Signage, Cubicle Curtains, Toilet Accessories, Wall and Door Protection, Fire
Extinguishers, Metal Lockers, Pre-Engineered Canopies, Protective Resilient Padding,

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $150.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
