PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Re-Roofing Area V (Pool Roof) for Millard Public Schools/West High School, located at 5710 S. 176th Ave., Omaha, NE 68135. The project includes removal of existing BUR and flashings, on flat roof surface, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, tapered crickets, new gutters, downspouts and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 16,259 S.F.
