Bid Package 3 will consist of utilities, landscaping, concrete slab-on-grade, concrete slab-on-metal deck, brick, block, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, membrane roofing, green roofing, air barrier, metal panels, sun shades, caulking, sealants, frames, doors, hardware, window wall, windows, storefront, metal studs, drywall, fireproofing, tile, acoustical ceilings, floorcoverings, painting, specialties, equipment, elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and low voltage scopes of work.
