PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Re-Roofing areas D,E,F,G and H for Millard Public Schools/Cody
Elementary School, located at 3320 S. 127th Street, Omaha, NE 68144. The project includes
removal of existing BUR and flashings, gutters and downspouts on flat roof surfaces, and reroofing
with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, tapered crickets, new gutters,
downspouts and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 19,542
S.F.
