All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors wishing to access the Beadle Middle School roof areas will need to make an appointment by contacting Ed Rockwell at least 24 hours in advance.

At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud at Don Stroh Administration Center, Room “C”. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Repairs to existing warranted modified bitumen roof system and elastomeric roof Coating system for Millard Public Schools/Beadle Middle School-Roof, located at 18201 Jefferson Street, Omaha, NE 68135. The project includes miscellaneous repairs in multiple areas on three roof sections, preparation of the existing warranted modified bitumen roofing and recoating with Firestone elastomeric roof coating system. Approximate total area to be coated is 23,415 S.F. on Roofs A, B & C.
