PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference for potential bidders will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 3:00 PM CST. Bidders will meet at the front entrance of the John G. Neihardt Elementary School, 15130 Drexel Street, Omaha, Nebraska. All Bidders are encouraged to be present.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids addressed as follows: Steve Mainelli, Project Manager, Millard Public Schools, Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 S. 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137 for the above mentioned project until 3:00 PM CST on February 4, 2016, at which time, or as soon as practical thereafter, all Bids received will be opened in public at the DSAC, in Room A.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
The Work generally includes General Construction (including interior demolition, concrete masonry, doors/frames/hardware, metal stud/gypsum board walls, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient base, carpeting and painting), Fire Suppression Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical construction.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
