Project Description: Acting as the Construction Manager for the York General Hospital OR Renovation in York, NE. Sampson Construction invites you to submit a proposal for this project. The project consists of a single story interior renovation of the existing structure and space. The project is a multi-phased renovation next to an occupied OR, which will require scheduled work due to the proximity to the existing and must be kept operational at all times. The remaining phases will bring on the other support areas for OR, which include recovery, anesthesia, locker rooms and chapel.(existing support areas must be kept operational at all times as well)
