Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by the Minatare Public Schools Board of Education, 503 Third Street, Minatare, Nebraska, until 2:00 P.M. MDT the 20th day of January 2016. All bids properly received will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The Architect and Board of Education will review all bids with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsible bidder.

Sealed bids will be received by the Minatare Public Schools Board of Education for FEMA Storm Shelter for Minatare Public Schools, Minatare, Nebraska.



Job Purchase Information:
Plans and specifications for the above construction may be obtained after December 9, 2015 from A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th St, Omaha, Ne. 68127 (1-800-228- 2753) by submitting a $200.00 refundable deposit payable to Joseph R. Hewgley for each printed set required;
or by paying a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for a CD or Download containing a complete set of drawings and specifications.

The deposit of $200.00 will be returned to actual bidders upon return of plans and specifications in good condition, within 10 days of bid opening to the architect or A & D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $30.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. If shipping of CD's is required there is a non-refundable fee of 9.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
