Sealed proposals will be received for the Southeast High School ? Chiller/AHU Replacement Project by the Board of Education of Lancaster County School District
at the office of Facilities and Maintenance, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, NE 685010
The work includes:
The replacement of an existing 300 ton water cooled chiller, with (2) new 85 ton water to water heat pump modules, and associated piping, electrical and temperature controls. Also, the replacement of (4) existing Air Handling Units (AHU?s) with water source heat pumps, and all new heat pump piping, electrical and controls.
