Bid Info:   Lund Ross Construction is accepting bids from sub-contractors for the historic renovation project at the corner of 12th and Howard Streets, Omaha, NE 68102. Bids can be submitted in person at the Lund-Ross office, 4601 F Street, Omaha, NE 68103. The sub-contractor shall submit bids in 9 x 12 envelopes with "PROPOSAL, Woolworth Lofts" and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted.

Public Notes:
Project Scope: The rehabilitation of the Woolworth building will convert the upper floors of the 1887 warehouse building into market rate apartments. Work includes masonry restoration, new windows, new aluminum storefront systems, two new elevators, a freight lift and exit stairs, exterior and interior painting, a new fire sprinkler system and full mechanical, plumbing, electrical and security upgrades.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Lund-Ross Constructors. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned complete and in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be subject to forfeiture.
