PreBid Info:   There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, 8 December 2015 at 1:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the pedestrian bridge location in Benson Park, 7002 Military Avenue. Attendees shall park in the parking lot off of Military Avenue adjacent to the tennis and basketball courts in the park. Meeting will be held rain or shine.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids to be addressed to Buster Broun, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked "BID ON: City of Omaha Benson Park Pedestrian Bridge Replacement", must be in his office on or before 11:00 A.M. on the bid opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project consists of the removal of the existing pedestrian bridge and the designing, manufacturing/assembling, deliver to site and installation of a pre-engineered, clear span bridge of steel construction on the existing concrete bridge abutments.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $5.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
