1. The demolition of existing roof top units, installation of new roof top units, modifications to ductwork and new return air plenum construction. All per the plans and specifications see the alternate list for pricing breakdown requirements.

Construction begins subsequent the Owner Notice to Proceed to Contractor:
1. Anticipated Starting Date: Friday, January 22, 2016.
2. Anticipated Substantial Completion Date:
Friday, May 6, 2016. This shall be the date the roof top units are started and operational.
