available for attendees.

The Work of Project consists of the following: 1. Construction of a new one-story storage facility. The one-story facility is approximately 4,600 square feet. 2,000 square feet of the facility is interior conditioned space. The remaining area is covered, enclosed, and naturally ventilated. 2. The proposed covered enclosed space will house three pre-manufactured hazardous material storage lockers.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
