Your firm is invited to submit a sealed bid to the Owner for the Davison County Jail Shower Remodel Project. The public safety building where the remodeling will take place is located at 1015 S. Miller, Mitchell, SD. Sealed bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the Davison County Auditor's Office, 200 E. 4th Avenue, Mitchell, SD on or before 5:00 pm December 14, 2015. The bids received by the time noted above, will be opened publicly and read aloud at 10:15 am on December 15, 2015 in the Davison County Commissioner's Room, 1420 N. Main Street, Mitchell, SD.

Work of this proposed Contract comprises remodeling and demolition, including general construction work. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and operations necessary to complete the Contracts.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Puetz Corporation. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
