Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained at the front desk of Lund-Ross Constructors shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. REMINDER: ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE BID FORM PROVIDED IN SEALED ENVLEOPES AND RECEIVED IN THE OFFICES OF LUND-ROSS AT 4601 F STREET, OMAHA, NEBRASKA NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ON DECEMBER 15TH. Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of a deposit check. Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued. CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening.
