Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 3, 2015, in the office of Kathy Carroll, Vice President for Administration and Finance, located at the Peru State College Administration Building, Room #311, Peru, Nebraska 68421. If sending bids via UPS or FedEx, the street address is 600 Hoyt Street.
Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
The Owner, The Board of Trustees/Nebraska State Colleges, Peru State College, PO Box 10, 600 Hoyt Street, Peru, Nebraska 68421 will receive sealed bids for a combined contract, for the East Bridge Replacement at Al Wheeler Activity Center located at Peru State College, Peru, Nebraska. Work under the proposed contract will consist of window replacement.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89 St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson & Associates, for the set of Bidding Documents.

A plan deposit card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.

If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check may be cashed.

The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for twenty dollars ($20.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson & Associates for mailing charges.

A bidder may also have the option to obtain Bidding Documents in the form of a CD or Download. These will only be issued as a full set. The cost for CD's & Downloads is $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply. This cost is non-refundable.
