Sealed proposals for the performance of all work described in the Contract Documents will be received for the Owner, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners, at the office of the County Clerk located on the first floor of the Courthouse at 411 4th Street, Fairbury, NE 68352 until 4:00 PM. local time December 3, 2015. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud by the County Board in the County Board Room on first floor of the Courthouse at 10:30 AM on December 8, 2015. Award of a contract will be determined by the Board of Commissioners at their scheduled meeting on December 22, 2015.
