Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by the Executive Director at Hope Harbor, 610 West Division Street in Grand Island, Nebraska on October 22, 2015, until 2:00 PM, Local Time. Said Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following at the Hope Harbor. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. Hope Harbor will accept only those sealed bids, either hand-delivered or received via U.S. Mail or other commercial carrier. Items transmitted by facsimile or electronically will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
Sealed bids will be received for furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to complete selected demolition, concrete foundations and flatwork, stick and metal framing, gypsum board, interior and exterior finishes, new roofing, electrical and mechanical modifications, 80 square foot entrance addition, and an elevator shaft with hydraulic elevator remodel to house Hope Harbor's Administrative Offices.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Master Builder Associates, Architects. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned complete and in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be subject to forfeiture.
