Bid Info:   Proposals will be received in the office of Lund Ross Constructors, 4601 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, until 3:00 p.m. on the 27th day of October 2015, for the furnishing of all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, all of the Work required for the Fair Deal Market Plan and Micro Retail - Phase II Project, Omaha, Nebraska. Proposals my be received by email, fax, mail or in person to Lund Ross Constructors. Bids will be opened in private.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a Café, grocery store and 10 micro retail pods. Bids will be separated by building and site as noted on the Bid Form.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Lund-Ross Constructors. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned complete and in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be subject to forfeiture.
