PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for October 13, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at 2912 Good Samaritan Place, Grand Island, NE 68803. Meeting attendance is not required for contractors but is suggested.

Bid Info:   Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Good Samaritan Society - Grand Island Village Skilled Care Facility Additions will be accepted prior to October 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm Central Time at the Office of Tim Slowey, Good Samaritan Society. Bids may be faxed, mailed or emailed. FAX #: (605)362-3302; E-Mail: tslowey1@good-sam.com; Tim Slowey, Good Samaritan Society, 4800 West 57th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57108. Offers will be opened privately. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

Public Notes:
Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, including general construction work.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

(402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A deposit in the amount of $75.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $30.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

CD's and Downloads of complete set of plans and specifications are also available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. If shipping of CD is required there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within
fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications
are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.

All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to:
