Bid Info:   Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Mid-Plains Community College - Valentine Extended Campus will be received until 2:00 pm on October 20, 2015. Bids will be received at WWWood Building, Mid-Plains Community College North Platte - North Campus, 1101 Halligan Drive, North Platte, Nebraska. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

Project Location: Valentine, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction and site development, including general construction, structural, mechanical, and electrical work.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).

CD's and Downloads of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.

All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
